  • Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only.



U.S. and International Shipping


  • Any order shipping outside of Canada, including to the United States, is considered an international shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary by destination and customs processing.



Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees


  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • International shipments may require duties and taxes to be paid prior to delivery.
  • These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and are not controlled by us or our couriers.
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and vary by destination.
  • We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.



Refusal or Returned International Shipments


  • If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender for any reason (including unpaid duties, incorrect address information, or failed delivery attempts):
    • Any return shipping fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.



Delivery Responsibility


  • Once a package is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
