Shipping to the US and Canada

 

Orders to the US and Canada are shipped via Canada Post and Purolator. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order ships out, it should arrive within 3-11 business days depending on the shipment method you selected during checkout. 

Please keep in mind that order processing may be delayed due to office closures on weekends and major US holidays.

Our warehouse is based in Vancouver, BC. Ground shipments typically arrive faster to addresses closer to us. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times can sometimes be affected by unpredictable or uncontrollable reasons, such as high-volume seasons or unexpected delays during transit. If we’re made aware of any delays, we’ll be sure to keep you informed.

Any applicable taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping outside the US and Canada

 

International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to local postal services and customs clearance.

All orders ship from our Vancouver, BC warehouse. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, international shipments may experience delays due to factors beyond our control.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
